This Starbucks copycat drink is delicious any time of year. I particularly like it when the calendar says it’s fall but the weather is still pretty warm.
I think of this as being a healthier caramel iced coffee recipe, but that may depend on your definition of “healthier.”
I believe that drinking local, grass-fed milk is better than non-dairy milk substitutes and would rather sparingly consume real sugar than non-sugar alternatives. (Most of the non-nutritive sweeteners really don’t agree with my stomach!)
This recipe includes suggestions for how I personally make it with “real food” ingredients and suggestions for how to make it lower calorie, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Ingredients needed for Starbucks copycat iced caramel coffee
2 tablespoon of ground coffee. You’re going to brew a strong cup of your favorite coffee.
1 cup of milk. I use local grass-fed milk. Using unsweetened almond beverage or oat milk substitute will make the calories lower.
1 tablespoon of caramel syrup. I recommend making or using one with real sugar, such as Holy Kakaow. If you’d prefer, you can use a “non-sugar” version like DaVinci.
