How to make folding Christmas cards for kids

Make these cards is simple, but will keep your kiddos busy for a while.

These cards can be used as a gratitude craft, as part of an English Language Arts lesson, in your homeschool lesson plans, with family members, and even at Sunday school.

    Materials needed:

    • Your free printable PDF (look for the row of purple arrows lower down in the post)
    • Printer access and paper. I recommend HP 32# premium paper for a beautiful card. Card stock is another good option.
    • Scissors
    • Crayons, pencils, etc for coloring

First, print as many copies of the cards as you'd like. You can print them one to a page or have your PDF reader print them two to a page for smaller cards:

It's best/easiest to color the cards before cutting and folding them.

After coloring, cut out the card and fold along the center line. Younger children can skip cutting or cut the general shape instead of fussy cutting (around the snowman's arms, for example).
