How to make paper finger puppets
First, grab your supplies. You don't need much to make this fun craft. You'll need:
Next, get your free printable file from lower down in the post. Look for the row of purple arrows pointing the way.
Print out your desired pages and cut out the finger puppets and two bands for each of the different characters.
Some of the puppets are easier to cut out than others. Your child or students may not want to fussy cut every detail - cutting the general shape of the head is fine as long as the vertical lines on either side of the mouth are cut neatly.
Fold the mouth three times - at the top, middle, and bottom. Bring the folded mouth portion to the back.
Tape or glue the finger bands in place, one on the top flap and the other on the bottom flap.
Enjoy! These puppets are great for creative play and storytelling.
