How to make a toolbox card for Father's Day
Making this card is pretty easy! Please excuse the poor print out in the photos. My printer needs more toner.
First, download your file and print both pages. Card stock is best, but it will work with paper.
Have your child color the toolbox and tools. If your child is working on their reading and writing, you can fill in their answers to the question on each tool. If they're a confident writer, have them complete the questions.
Cut out both toolbox pieces and the tools. The tools don't have to be cut out precisely if your child is still working on their scissor skills.
Place the front toolbox piece with the "Happy Father's Day" plaque on top of the back toolbox piece. Use clear tape to tape it in place along the sides and bottom. Leave the top open to create a pocket. This piece can be glued, but tape is easier for this particular craft.
Slide the tools into the toolbox and give it to Dad!
