It's easy to print your PDF files to scale and trim them down for use in a personal planner or travel planner.
I've done the math for you. Use the chart below to find the correct percentage and then print to scale. Trim cut away the extra paper with a paper trimmer.

This is a Monday start calendar so that weekend days are easy to play together.
