Finally, another yoga video!!!

Although I’ve kept up with my personal daily yoga practice, I haven’t had the opportunity to post a video in about a month. First I was gone to Colorado, then I was getting organized after the trip, the following weekend my husband had Friday-Monday off, and finally we had two weeks of very noisy construction where we live that made even hearing my own thoughts tricky/filming anything impossible. It felt so good to create a video this week, even if things were dark from pouring rain!

I know from being busy that it can get easy to focus on what we don’t have – that 60, 45, or even 30 minutes we think we need to practice yoga. Today’s video is designed to be quick and energizing, and hopefully demonstrates the benefits even a few minutes of daily yoga practice can bring. These are a few of my favorite poses to move through in the morning or when I need a boost in the afternoon. I really hope you enjoy it!

Virtually all of the comments on my YouTube channel are asking for hips and hamstrings practices, so please let me know if you’re still interested in seeing more along this vein or are ready for something new!
