How to print and use menu planners
These pages have printer safe margins. They're ready to print and use without worrying about custom printer settings or having parts of the design cut off.
I recommend printing your pages on bright white 32 lb paper. It's heavier and brighter than normal printer paper, which means your planner will look nicer and hold up better to handling throughout the week. The weekly pages do not have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks like many meal planners. Thanks to reader feedback, I've learned that many people prefer to plan just one or two meals (like lunch and dinner) and like to print off a page for each meal if they need additional space.

You can also print these menu planners to scale and put them in your favorite disk or ring bound planner. Reference the chart below, print your page scaled down, then trim with a paper trimmer.
Make sure to use the appropriate hole punch for your planner system. Happy Planner Classic and Happy Planner Big have their own proprietary punch. Many of the six hole planner styles can be used with an adjustable six hole punch.
