How to print and use menu planners

These pages have printer safe margins. They’re ready to print and use without worrying about custom printer settings or having parts of the design cut off.

I recommend printing your pages on bright white 32 lb paper. It’s heavier and brighter than normal printer paper, which means your planner will look nicer and hold up better to handling throughout the week. This paper is what I use for virtually all of my planner printables – check out this post on the best paper for printable planners to see a side-by-side comparison of actual printouts on several different types of paper.

There are two different menu planners – a page with plenty of space to plan a single day in detail and a two page week at a glance planner for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks:

There are also two new pages – a grocery shopping list and Valentine’s Day recipe card.

If you use a three ring binder for your household planning, just print your pages, hole punch them, and place them in your binder. (If you have a household planner binder, be sure to grab these free printable bill trackers while you’re here on The Artisan Life!)

You can also print these menu planners to scale and put them in your favorite disk or ring bound planner. Reference the chart below, print your page scaled down, then trim with a paper trimmer.
