How to print and use printable calendars
Using printable calendars is simple - just print and use! However, there are a few things that will help your experience be even better:
Do not just print these pages on whatever cheap copy paper happens to be in your office printer. I recommend printing the calendar pages on 32 lb bright white paper for bright, beautiful, and professional looking result.
This paper is heavier and brighter than “regular” printer paper for brighter, crisper images. It is truly astounding how much difference using a different piece of paper can make. If you want to scale the pages down for use in your favorite planner system, simply print using the chart below and trim away the excess with a paper trimmer:
The boxes are about 1″. (They're 1" by slightly more than 1") This means you can use any 1″ or smaller sticker to decorate your calendar. You can also use a floating frame or a display frame for calendar printables. Simply write on the glass with a dry or wet erase marker, then wipe it clean for next month.
