How to print and use kids' coloring pages
These printable baby chick coloring pages can be used as homemade Easter cards or used to make an Easter activity booklet to keep your little one busy while you're cooking Easter dinner.
How to print coloring pages as postcards
For postcard sized Easter cards, select the "print 4 to a page" option in Acrobat Reader, as shown in the screenshot below. Select the "multiple" tab, then pick "4." If you don't have Adobe Acrobat already, the basic version is a free download.
The dialogue box looks slightly different in Mac Preview, but you can print multiple copies to a page in this software, too. Simply select "4" in the "copies per page" dropdown near the bottom of the print dialogue box.
The process is the same for 2 to a page printing, which is an easier size for young children to color. These 2-up pages can be used to make a coloring booklet or as larger cards. Just select "2" copies per page instead of 4. This is what it looks like in Acrobat Reader:
And this is what printing 2 up looks like in Preview:

It's also smoother for a more enjoyable coloring experience. Remember those rough, yellow, frustrating coloring books you had as a child? This paper is the antidote.
