A Secret Santa gift exchange can be a whole lot of fun, but it can also be a bit of a flop without some planning. These Secret Santa questionnaires well help you have a successful gift exchange with your office, family, or organization!
It’s always a bummer to get something that you totally don’t like in a gift exchange, especially when you put a lot of time and effort into picking out a present for your secret pal. That’s why I put together two different fun Secret Santa surveys to print and share with your gift exchange group!
To use these Secret Santa forms, print a copy out for each gift exchange participant and hand them out when people sign up for the exchange.
You can have people turn their completed forms into the gift exchange organizer, or create a designated file, spot, or box where people can return their forms.
With a designated drop-off location, people can simply go look through the folder and find their secret pal’s questionnaire. This saves you some time and effort if you’re organizing the exchange, so it’s the method I recommend!
I created two different surveys because, as regular readers know, I just can’t help making variants whenever I create printables!
Please note that these printables are available for free for personal use. This means you can print and use them with your office, family, or other organization but please do not redistribute the digital file to others. If it’s your gift exchange – awesome! If it’s someone else’s gift exchange, please just send them the link to this page so they can download their own copy.
The images are low resolution previews that will terrible if printed. Please use the download links to download the PDFs!
First there’s a “classic” questionnaire. This version features questions about the participant’s name, birth month, pastimes, hobbies, likes, and dislikes.
Then there’s an either/or question Secret Santa survey. This version is a bit quicker to fill out, so it may work better if you need everyone to fill the forms out and turn them in right away.
If you enjoy free printables, why not join The Artisan Life family? There are tons of fun freebies in the Member’s Resource Library and I only send 1-2 emails a month!
