This free printable homeschool planner is a great way to stay organized this school year! It’s perfect for homeschool parents and parents who want to keep tabs on their child’s distance learning schedule. Download your free printable homeschool teacher planner today.
Staying organized is an absolute must when you’re a teacher. If you’re homeschooling, it’s particularly important because most states have laws concerning documenting your homeschool attendance and lessons.
Having a dedicated homeschool planner in a binder can also save you valuable time because you can keep everything organized all in one place. I hope you enjoy this printable homeschool planner as much as I do!
As a note – if you’re considering right out homeschooling, not just supervising your child while distance learning, it’s very important to check your state’s homeschool requirements and make sure you fulfill them.
How to make your homeschool binder

The easiest way to use your printable homeschool planner is by making yourself a homeschool binder. You can easily add pages, organize activities, and keep track of plans for multiple children in a three ring binder with tabbed dividers.
I personally prefer the Avery 1″ view binder. I’ve always found the Avery binders to be very durable and I love slipping my cover page into the front so I can keep track of what’s in the binder. I like to use tabbed dividers with pockets for hanging onto smaller items and notes that aren’t easy to hole punch.
I used a ton of my ink to test five different papers to demonstrate the best paper for planner printables. Make sure to check out that post for a side-by-side comparison of papers to see why I never use plain printer paper for printables.
If you’d like, you can resize these printables to fit in a Happy Planner or other planner system. I personally have a Happy Planner, but I prefer to use these pages in a binder.
